Position Overview
The full-time position as a member of Network America’s sales team, you will be responsible for increasing Network America’s revenue and gross margin dollars by generating new buying accounts. Your focus will be to drive net new software and integrate our services team within professional and managed service opportunities.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Prospect for new business through outbound telephone sales and direct meetings for new and existing customers in geographic region.
Your focus will be to drive net-new services and software business with expectations to grow the territory.
Develop and maintain executive relationships and customer communication through quarterly and annual business reviews
Maintain sales appointment levels and revenue goals as outlined
Address account challenges and provide swift solutions
Respond to sales leads, RFP,s and develop prospecting lists
Support other sales departments on multi-facetted engagements including Services
Attend training classes as offered or directed
Work closely with Vendor counterparts
Support marketing efforts promoting Network America
Minimum Job Qualifications:
College degree or equivalent preferred
2+ years recent industry sales experience.
Proven record of success achieving/exceeding sales targets and goals
Self motivated / highly driven
Ability to take initiative and manage time effectively
Ability to travel
Excellent communication and organization skills
A demonstrated ability to be consistently on time for all customer appointments; a team player who follows instructions well.

Service Desk Admin
Network America, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Service Desk Administrator to be based out of our corporate headquarters in Treasure Island Florida.

About the Position:
Network America is seeking a Service Desk Administrator with experience in installation and configuration of Service Desk solutions. A plus would be experience developing C# applications
Required Technical Skills:
- Background with installing and configuring mid to large size Service Desk such as (LANDesk Service Desk, BMC Remedy, CA Service Desk, FrontRange, HP, Numara)
- Knowledge of best practices for a Service Desk
- Strong understanding of Service Desk processes
- Provide training on Service Desk usage to the technicians and end users of the Service Desk
- Familiar with ITIL processes
- Providing a high level of customer-oriented service
- Strong written and oral presentation skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- A degree in MIS, Computer Science, Telecommunications or other related technical field is desired. Substantial and proven industry experience will be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.
- Administration or development experience with a CRM or Service Desk application.
- Experience as a Service Desk administrator
- Minimum of 2 years experience using help desk (service desk) systems.
- Minimum of 2 years help desk experience, delivering the highest-level customer-oriented service.
- Technical-level experience and operational knowledge of, a diverse set of data center infrastructure and desktop computer components, including Windows-based servers, desktops and laptops, cabling systems, and communications equipment.
- Familiar with ITIL Service Desk Management and best practices.
- ITIL, Cisco, Microsoft Certifications and Crystal Reports experience a plus.
- Must work well under pressure and respond with a sense of urgency, and keep users and management up to date regarding outstanding issues.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Able to clearly document issues and communicate status and resolution.
- Manage customer expectations and experience in a way that result in high customer satisfaction.
- Additional Preferred Skills include: Project Management, Visio, SQL Database Administration, IIS Administration, C# applications.
- Ability to travel up to 50%
